For a typical Residential or Commercial Window Cleaning client on the Gold Coast

First I wash down the outside of the window surrounds including the windows, screens and sills with a hose. Doing this pre-cleans the fly screens of excess dirt and cleans the window surrounds of cobwebs and dirt which adds to the completeness of the job. I can also wash down the eaves and house surrounds at the same time with a hose, which is a economical way of keeping the eaves and outside walls clean of dirt and mould when done regularly.

Next I clean the inside windows with a squeegee. Where there are screens or security screens, I lift the window out on the inside and carefully place the window on a towel cleaning the outside surface of the window. I then wipe over the window frame and sill removing any drips or dirt. I can also clean your window tracks or runners and frames, often this may be necessary on the first clean.

I complete the cleaning of the outside windows with a squeegee. Generally I clean my Residential and Commercial clients Windows on a 3 monthly to yearly intervals.

With Commercial and Residential Window Cleaning Clients on the Gold Coast

When Window Cleaning on the Gold Coast, I use Ladders, Water Fed Poles and Extension Poles.

For the cleaning of Eaves and more delicate painted surfaces, I use a Low Pressure foaming Detergent Wash.
